How long does it take to process my order?
Orders placed by 4:00pm EST Monday thru Friday are processed the next business day. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Some of our products will be shipped to you directly from our suppliers. Orders of this type usually process within 24-48 hours. If for any reason the processing will take longer than 48 hours, you will be notified via email. Orders placed for out of stock items usually ship within 14 days; however, you will be notified via email if an item is out of stock and what the expected ship date will be so that you may cancel the order if this doesn't meet your needs.
How will my order be shipped?
Various carriers such as UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS are used to ship items. The product will be shipped 2 - 5 business days after payment is processed, unless special order or the item is being monogramed. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to use of UPS, and Fed Ex. Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian residents PLEASE ask for shipping quote before purchasing. Bella Golf Wear and its suppliers reserve the right to ship your item via the best means possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In Stock items usually ship out within 48 hours. Special order items, such as monograming will take a little longer. Arrival time is generally 5-14 days. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock. In this event we will offer an estimated in stock date, which is subject to change.
What if an item is defective or damaged during shipment?
All items are brand new. If you receive an item that is defective, we will exchange the item or refund payment. Please contact us immediately and we will issue a Return Authorization number to return the item for replacement or refund. Returns must have all original materials included.
We pack items very securely to insure safe arrival. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately (within 2 days of arrival). Please save all original packaging. We are not responsible for damages not reported within 5 days of arrival.
What are your return, exchange and refund policies?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original packaging within 10 days from the original date of delivery for an exchange or refund. We will gladly accept returns and issue a refund or exchange (less shipping charges) for items returned within 10 days from the original date of delivery. To return items, please e-mail customerservice@bellagolfwear.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA). Product must be new (unused), contain original tags and wrap, and returned in original condition. Exchanges are less all actual shipping charges. Refunds are less all actual shipping charges plus a Restock Fee. To receive credit, please include your order # with the product being returned.

There is a 20% restock fee charged on all returns, unless the item is defective or exchanged for the exact same item. If item(s) are returned without tags and/or wrap and/or are not in resale able condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be assessed, and will be deducted from the price you paid for the product. You will be notified if your returned item does not qualify for a 100% purchase price refund. To return an item it is recommended that you use a shipping method that can be tracked as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected items. A refund will be issued to the original payment method. For example, if you paid with a credit card, your refund will be issued to the same credit card. If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or color), you may do this by placing a new order for the new product. You will be charged when the new order is processed, and credited (for the original purchase, less shipping) when we receive the returned product.
How do I place my order online?
Place your order online by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to order. Your order will be placed on our secure server requesting your confidential shipping and credit card information. The secure server will protect and scramble the shipping and credit card number with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology. Our site is secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. How can I pay for my order?
Bella Golf Wear accepts all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, eCheck.Net (electronic checks from bank accounts) through our merchant account and Paypal.
What is the North Carolina State Sales Tax?
Bella Golf Wear does not collect sales tax collected on orders shipped outside of North Carolina. Bella Golf Wear will collect the appropriate North Carolina state sales tax which is 7% on orders shipped within North Carolina. This will be added to your final total when placing your order.
What is your privacy policy?
Bella Golf Wear will not sell or share any information about you, your accounts, or your purchases through our website to any third party other then when necessary to complete your order. If your order is being shipped direct from our supplier, the supplier will be provided with your ship to information and which products you ordered so that your order may be filled. They will not be given any payment or billing information.
Can I cancel my order?
Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order.
